Services and Fee Schedule

- 10 am to 1 pm or 2 pm to 5 pm

-  Roster rates: $600 to $825.00 + HST 

-  Each additional hour: $200.00

- 10 am to 5 pm

- Roster rates: $1,200 to $1,650.00

- Each additional hour: $200.00

- Used just prior to/at hearing/trial 

- Flat fee, regardless of number of parties:  $250.00/hour

- A cancellation prior to 30 days is free of charge.

- A cancellation from 30 days to 7 days of the mediation is billed at 50%

- A cancellation within 7 days of the mediation is billed at 100%

- Any other fees. such as venue bookings, catering, parking will be billed at cost.

- Mileage (or actual flight cost) for in-person mediations requested outside the GTA  will apply.  

- On-call services for lawyers (billed in increments of 15 min.)

- Medical merit review of file and triage case report

- Collaborative trial preparation with various health professionals

- Cost depending on size and scope of file.

- Case analysis from the perspective of an adjudicator/judge

- Cost depending on size and scope of file.
